Return & Cancellation Policy

At Modish Kreations, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the status is “Pending” under Order History.
  • Requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order via email.
  • Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Modish Kreations will be final.
Modish Kreations Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or unavailability. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.

Return & Replacement Policy

Eligible Cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or worn items.
  • Items not in original condition.
  • Custom-stitched / made-to-measure garments.

Return Process

Email us at support@modishkreations.com with your Order Number and reason.

⚠️ Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Post confirmation, we will either arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not available, you can opt for:

  • Wallet Credit: For future purchases on our store.
  • Original Payment Method: Refund to Bank/UPI/Card.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
